Home made Chicken Tikka Masala
1 Chicken 1 kg (cut into chicken tikka style)
2 Capsicum 1/2 cup
3 Oil as needed
4 Ginger paste 2 tbsp
5 Garlic paste 1 tsp
6 Red chili powder 1 tsp
7 hot spice powder 1 tsp
8 Chums of cumin powder 2 cents
9 Red color 1 pinch
10 Salt custom
11 Coriander powder 1 best kacha
12 Turmeric powder 1 tsp
13 Yogurt 1/2 cup
14 Coriander (chopped) 2 good spoons
Step-by-Step Instructions
1 Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger.
